Structure demolition
A building comes down in an order, or it comes down on its own terms.
Taking a whole structure down is mostly a question of sequence. Removed in the right order, each stage leaves what remains stable enough to keep working on.

What this covers
Whole structures, and buildings standing separately on a property that have reached the end of their life. Residential and commercial.
Why sequence decides everything
A structure is a system of load paths. Taken apart in the right order, each stage leaves what is left standing stable enough to keep working on. Taken apart carelessly, the building sets the order instead, usually while somebody is standing in it.
Before anything moves
The lot is the constraint
On detached property the limits are rarely the building — they are what surrounds it. How machinery gets in and out. What the driveway will carry. Which trees stay. How close the boundary is, and what is on the other side of it. All of that is settled before anything comes down, because it decides the method.

The sequence
Each stage leaves the next one possible.
Survey
Structure, load paths, services, and what the lot allows.
Disconnect
Services cut back to the point they can safely be cut back to.
Take down
Sequenced from the top, and from the non-structural inward.
Clear the ground
Material removed and the footprint left level and workable.

The second half
What is left
The structure is one half. The other half is the footprint it leaves: material cleared, ground brought back to level, and the lot workable for whatever comes next.
What we will not claim
Structure work has formal requirements. We will not tell you a job is cleared to proceed, or that required paperwork is handled, unless it demonstrably is. Ask us directly what we hold before you hire us.
Tell us what is coming down
We come and look before quoting.
