We come and look before quoting. Demolition priced off a phone description is a guess, and the guess is always corrected later in the direction that suits whoever made it. If the job is smaller than you feared, you will be told that.
Ground you keep using
Working on someone's property
Most of this work happens on ground the customer owns and intends to keep using. What the driveway carries, which trees stay, where the material goes and what the lot looks like when we leave are part of the job, not an afterthought to it.
What this website does not tell you
There is no history section here, no count of completed jobs, no badges and nothing about credentials. Nothing has been supplied that we could stand behind, and inventing any of it would be worse than leaving it out. Ask us directly for anything you want to check before you hire us. For demolition specifically, asking what a contractor holds before work starts is reasonable, and you should ask it of everyone you are considering, not just us.
